Faber Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Faber
Customers Fault Description : The remote control is not functioning . Batteries have been changed as the old ones had corroded inside the Remote Control but to no effect . ( The new batteries are currently in the Remote Control ).
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Fireplace remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead. This was due to corrosion on in the battery block from a battery leak.
A replacement battery block was fitted which restored full functionality.
