Customers Fault Description : The main issue is I believe the battery keeps draining. It will drain between 24-48hrs of a new one. All the buttons work when it is charged.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Ceiling Extractor remote control arrived safely from Hampshire and on testing was found to transmit as per normal and no battery drain was found.
The remote was left with a battery inserted for 3 days with no drain at all.
