Customers Fault Description : Knopje omhoog weigert voor 95%, terwijl stop en omlaag het wel altijd goed doen

This remote control arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing the top button was confirmed to be sluggish in response.  The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
