Customer's Fault Description
Remote has stopped working. Red light appears but no red light appears on the receiver. I've replaced batteries on both remote and receiver. I believe the remote stopped working after falling on the floor.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gazco fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to not transmit a signal on any button press.

This was due to a faulty transducer.  A replacement transducer was fitted which restored full functionality.
