not working. customer is having to operate fire manually
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fireplace remote control arrived safely from Llandudno and on inspection the battery cable was damaged and reworked prior to arrival with us.
On adding a battery and testing, the remote was found to transmit as per normal operation on each button.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the customers receiver may be at fault. We can replace the battery cable if required but as the remote is working it may be a fruitless task.
