Customer's Fault Description
Battery Connector split/damaged,blue wire has become disconnected from Battery connector.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Broseley Winchester Gas Stove/Fire Remote Control arrived safely and on inspeciton was confirmed to have a damaged battery cable.
A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality, when tested with out receiver it was functioning on both channels as normal.
When talking to the customer it was found that the receiver has an issue whereby it only works on one channel and has suffered a battery leak.
