Customer's Fault Description
Remote is only working intermittently. New battery doesn’t help in any way. Please advise if its OK to post it to you without the battery inserted to reduce weight
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Garage door remote control arrived safely from Wolverhampton and on testing was found to have intermittent button response.
The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
A replacement case was fitted as we had a spare and the customers battery compartment was broken / taped together.
