Customer's Fault Description
DROPPED REMOTE ON THE FLOOR AND BATTERY DOES NOT FIT THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT, ALSO LOOSE INSIDE.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This motorhome remote control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to rattle and the battery cover was loose.

On opening the rattle was found to be the RF aerial coil breaking away from the PCB (this made the signal strength very low), the RF coil was soldered firmly into position which restored the signal strength.

The battery cover was heater and reformed which restored its clip / firm closing ability.
