Customer's Fault Description
not connecting at all - I can intermittently get the radio to turn on but not off and no volume control.
I have removed battery leak evidence on the terminals but still no action
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This B&O remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead.
When opening the negative wired from the battery housing was broken away from the PCB due to a battery leak and corrosion.
The wire was replaced and full functionality weas restored. All buttons were tested as transmitting correctly on each button press.
