Dreams Bed Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Dreams Bed
Customers Fault Description : the buttons have gradually got worse and now very rarely do the up and down buttons work and therefore we have been unable to lift the TV to use the bed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This TV bed lifting mechanism remote control arrived safely from Washington and on inspection there was marks around the seam from an attempted opening prior to arrival with us, also the 4 mounting screws behind the silver vinyl are useless as the mounting holes were broken due to being forced open, again this was prior to arrival with us.
The buttons were both found to have collapsed and were unresponsive. Both buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
The case was then glued together.
