Customers Fault Description : CONTROLLER OR RECIVER NOT WORKING

This remote and receiver arrived safely from London and on testing the remote was found not to transmit a signal. This was due to a faulty transducer in the handset.
The transducer was replaced which restored full functionality.
No fault was found with the receiver.
