Manufacturer : Fermamatic
Customers Fault Description : Both not working after changing the batteries.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
These two Garage door openers arrived safely from Darlington and on testing one was dead and the other had a couple of non responsive buttons.
The dead one was found to have a dead battery inside, once replaced with a new battery full functionality was found. We are not charging for this remote as it is just a battery change.
The other remote that had the bad buttons had all the buttons replaced but also the print on the aerial was found to have a break in it meaning the signal was very poor. This was reworked which restored full functionality.
The payment on this page is for the repair to one of the remotes (the one with the markings on the back) the other is classed as no fault found except the battery and is not chargeable.
