Customers Fault Description : Switching on buttons don’t work
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Dungs remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have non responsive power buttons. This was due to worn button contacts.
Replacement conductive pads were glued under the buttons which restored full functionality.
