Customer's Fault Description
Dropped remote. Thought all the pieces were okay but not batteries are very loose and seems like a connector inside has fallen out.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote control for a skylight arrived safely from Liverpool and on testing was found to be dead and the batteries were confirmed to be loose.
The negative terminal was found to have rusted and part of it had broken off and was found inside.
The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
