Customer's Fault Description
I'm unsure whether the remote control is sending a RF signal to the receiver. The gas fire doEs not ignite when pressing the start up buttons. It could be a faulty remote control or a faulty receiver. I would like to know if the remote is working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Gas fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a strong RF signal when first putting the batteries in.  ASs the receiver is not present we could not test the remote further but from past jobs this is normal functionality.

As the RF signal is present this item has been classed as no fault found.

There is an instruction PDF which can be found at  User_manual_DRU_EN_for_RCH_appliances.pdf (druservice.com) with possible troubleshooting tips which may be of use.
