Customers Fault Description : Cable outer sheath disintegrating

This recliner remote control arrived safely from Waterlooville and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly damaged cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and the rest of the remote tested as ok.
