Customer's Fault Description
On off button needs to be pressed hard and sometimes does not work. Battery's replaced and unit contacts had been cleaned, still hard to turn on/Off
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Valor Electric Fire remote control arrived safely from Grimsby and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.
This was due to worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the buttons which restored full functionality.
