Customer's Fault Description
It was dropped on hard floor. Completely opened up and I tried placing it back together again but it didn’t work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This RF Bed remote control arrived safely from Dromore and on inspection the case was split apart and the mounting fixings broken (from being dropped).
The remote was dead when tested. This was due to a ribbon connector issue, this was reworked which restored full functionality The fixing mounts were glued back together which then allowed the case to be screwed together as normal.
The battery cover is missing its retaining clip, spare covers are not available as spare so tape will be required to hold the battery cover in place.
