Customer's Fault Description
Remote not working at all. 6 months ago the old battery’s had leaked and I cleaned up the connections and fitted new battery’s but now not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Valor Fire remote control arrived safely from Hants and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to a corrosion spot in the print caused by a battery leak. The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
