the vent control buttons not working reliable
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Aslockton and on inspection was found to have a damaged button facia with poor conductive contacts on the vent buttons. These button facias are not available as spares making replacing it not possible.
Instead the facia was peeled apart and then replacement conductive pads fitted under the 2 buttons. This restored full functionality. As replacement button facias are not available nothing could be done about the cosmetic appearance (see image)
