Customers Fault Description : Buttons not working on remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Riser/Recliner Chair remote control arrived safely from Banchory and on inspection the footrest button was detached from the case.
The button contacts were found to be worn, the button was silicon glued back into position and then replacement conductive pads glued under the buttons.
