Customers Fault Description : HAS STOPPED WORKING - WE HAVE PUT IN NEW BATTERIES BUT STILL NOT WORKING. FIRE STILL WORK MANUALLY

This Faber remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to have a intermittently functioning button. Both buttons were replaced which restored full functionality.
