Customer's Fault Description
Remote has just stopped working. The battery did need replacing, but a replacement does not activate anything on the screen. I have tried a different replacement battery but with no success.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Remote control for a Jotul gas fire arrived safely from Norfolk and on testing was found to be dead.

This was due to a faulty battery cable, a replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
