Customer's Fault Description
Not used fire often. Fired up ok but couldn't either turn flame up or down and couldn't turn it off using buttons Had to go outside and turn off cylinders and tap.Not happy as in my eigties . Bought in 2017
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote controller arrived safely from Wrexham and on testing was found to have an erroneous battery indicator and very weak signal.
This was due to a faulty voltage regulator in the remote, the regulator and battery cable were both replaced which restored full functionality.
