Customer's Fault Description
Can not turn fire on. Can turn it off. When turning off both red lights are on . When switch on sometimes red light comes on for a second.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the remote was found to transmit as per normal operation.
The receiver unfortunately had a missing channel. A component test was carried out but whenever the receiver was worked on it would start to work again and then stop working a short while afterwards making diagnosing the cause impossible. This has deemed a repair to the receiver not possible.
