Customer's Fault Description
Buttons on touch screen don’t work properly. Top 2 rows seem to work although they sometimes get stuck. But 3rd row down picks the one above. E.g press system setup and it selects video select. Press video select and it selects ext in. Sometimes bottom row on touchscreen won’t work at all. So frustrating. Hopefully you’ll be able to fix it. Thank you. And please let me know price.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have erratic touchscreen response.
On inspection this was found to be due to he touchscreen membrane / display housing being at fault.
Unfortunately these displays are not available as spares which has made a repair not possible.
This item was disposed of 6th Aug 2024 as per the sites terms
