Has lost some data pages with the option buttons
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Ingleby Barwick and on iunspection the display was at a slight angle (see image), this was not a fault and shaking the remote rectified this issue.
On testing the remote was found to be functioning as normal. When talking to the customer it was concluded that either the functionality that is missing has been deleted or may have been erased due to a lack of power.
This is a setup issue and not a fault.
