Remote is not responding - remote has been drop on hard wood floor
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely from Leicester and on testing was found to not transmit a signal on either button press.

This was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer.  A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
