Customer's Fault Description
Light comes on when pressing either button, but no longer opens garage doors. Other identical remotes still working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Garage door opener remote control arrived safely from Wigan and on testing was found to be transmitting a good strong RFV signal on each button press.
It is thought that maybe the remote requires pairing with the receiver again.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of it being an issue with the customers battery.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
