Silvelox ECO-TSM2 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Light comes on when pressing either button, but no longer opens garage doors. Other identical remotes still working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Garage door opener remote control arrived safely from Wigan and on testing was found to be transmitting a good strong RFV signal on each button press.
It is thought that maybe the remote requires pairing with the receiver again.
A Duracell battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of it being an issue with the customers battery.
