Customer's Fault Description
Although we’ve put several new batteries in the remote control there doesn’t seem to be any signal going to the to the fire. The remote signals battery empty, we’ve been back to the place of purchase for advice and they seem to think the remote is the problem.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Gas fire remote control arrived safely from Swansea and on testing was found to have a faulty voltage regulator. A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
