Customers Fault Description : I fell with it in my pocket and the screen is broken inside and no function from the buttons.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Rain sensor skylight remote control arrived safely from London and on inspection was found to have a shattered display. A replacement display was fitted which restored full functionality.
