Remote Fixer Repair Response
These two Wireless shower controllers arrived safely and on testing the smaller remote was found top power up and transmit as normal, this was classed as no fault found.
The larger remote was found to have intermittent power, when rotating the batteries the item would spring to life. On inspection one of the terminals was found to have contamination from an apparent battery leak. The terminal was etched clean and this then restored constant power as normal (please note that the display will show service 01 here due to not being in the vicinity of the receiver)
The customer is to test the remote fully on return.
The payment on this page is for the repair to the larger remote.
