Customer's Fault Description
Remote does not always power up when switched on. Have found that if I squeeze the remote in the centre it will always power up, but there is also something rattling around inside so would like it repaired properly :)
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan motor mover remote control arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to rattle when shook and would only power on intermittently.
This was due to the mounting pins for the PCB being broken allowing the PCB to move around inside the remote. The PCB was hot glued firmly back into position and full functionality was restored.
