After pressing the buttons on remote in correct order the message on remote keeps coming up with button error. All buttons working on remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely from Machen and on testing was found to be functioning as normal.

The remote was tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no issue being replicated.  We could not get a button error display on the screen using normal functionality.
