Customers Fault Description : After pressing the buttons on remote in correct order the message on remote keeps coming up with button error. All buttons working on remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote control arrived safely from Machen and on testing was found to be functioning as normal.
The remote was tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no issue being replicated. We could not get a button error display on the screen using normal functionality.
