Customer's Fault Description
The remote will allow me to turn the flame down. But the remote won't allow to turn increase the flame. Manually the gas fire is fine. I don't know whether it's the receiver or the remote at fault.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely from the West Midlands and on testing the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal on both channels.
Unfortunately the receiver has suffered a battery leak which has deemed a repair not possible.
