Velux 3LR A01 WW Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The remote will work but I can’t see the screen so I can’t see an instruction on opening the blind and the window

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Window remote control arrived safely from Bexley and on testing was confirmed to have a blank illuminated screen.  A replacement screen was fitted which restored full functionality.
