Customer's Fault Description
Remote turns on and increases flame as required. But will not reduce or turn off. Control box indicates signal being received when turning on but indicates no signal being received to turn off.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely from St Albans and on testing the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal.
Unfortunately the receiver has suffered a battery leak which has deemed a repair not possible.
