Customers Fault Description : tha black button under the rubber is faulty
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote for a shaker plate arrived safely from Jarrow and on inspection was confirmed to have a faulty button that appeared to have been superglued into place. This was removed and a replacement button soldered into position and then reinforced using hot glue.
Full functionality was restored.
