Customer's Fault Description
This 5-Button Handset has been working ok for 10+years.
4 buttons, incl Reset button do not work. The 'Riser' button does work ok but I cannot get the chair down from the 'up' position.
I have checked all plugs/sockets/connections all AOK.
Also changed Batteries in the Power Pack.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from Rhyl and on inspection the cable was damaged at the remote entry point.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and the rest of the remote tested as ok.
