Customer's Fault Description
When using the remote to turn the caravan with the motor mover, occasionally it will only turn one way.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan motor mover remote arrived safely from North Hykeham and on testing was found to initially not power on but when the batteries were rotated it would function. The battery block was badly corroded from a battery leak.
All buttons were tested as ok but there was signs of corrosion in the print from the leak. The customer was contacted as the directional issue could not be concluded to be the remote that is an issue. It was requested to restore the remote to its full functionality.
The battery block was replaced and all buttons replaced (they had to be removed to restore the print corrosion so new one were fitted in their place)
