Looks like (through a phone camera) there is nothing coming from the emitter ? Changed batteries to no avail.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Cooker Extractor Fan Remote Control (TZ602 1411) arrived safely from Crumlin and on testing was found to be dead.

When opened this was found to be due to a faulty oscillator.  A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
