Gutmann Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Gutmann

Customers Fault Description : Looks like (through a phone camera) there is nothing coming from the emitter ? Changed batteries to no avail.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Cooker Extractor Fan Remote Control (TZ602 1411) arrived safely from Crumlin and on testing was found to be dead.

When opened this was found to be due to a faulty oscillator.  A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
