This Samsung remote arrived safely from London and on testing the back button was sticking as well as the Netflix button.
When opened the button membrane was found to be very warped, usually caused by heat exposure. The membrane was reworked and the effected button holes Dremelled out non destructively by a tiny amount which restored full functionality.
