Customers Fault Description : Remote control not working, possible loose wire/connection

This Remote control for a gas fire arrived safely from St Albans and on testing was dead, the battery cable was damaged and also the LED had a crack in the print. The battery cable was replaced and the print reworked which restored full functionality.
