I let it fall and the back came off and a spring jimped out the battery is slack now
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Electric fire remote control arrived safely from Bathgate and on inspection the battery terminals were damaged.

When opened the button contacts were also found to be heavily contaminated.  The PCB was cleared of all contaminates and then the terminals replaced.

Full functionality was restored.
