Customer's Fault Description
All buttons (especially the two smaller ones to the left as you look at the remote) either do not work when depressed or require a lot of pressure in order to work.
Also, in attempts to detect what the issue was I have removed the rubber from the casing which will need fitting back in (the rubber lining will be sent with remote)
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner remote control arrived safely from Swynnerton and on inspection was partially disassembled prior to arrival with us.
On opening the button contacts were found to be worn, replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons and the rest of the remote tested as ok.
