Customers Fault Description : The light is flashing but it’s not working the fire
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Gas fire Remote control arrived safely from Langholm and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press.
The control was tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no fault being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue is thought to be with the receiver itself.
