Customers Fault Description : The coil chord insulation is shredded, but rhe controls are working

This reclining chair controller arrived safely from Wimborne and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable and extension cable. A replacement straight long cable was fitted to bypass the need for the extension (we cannot get the curly kind)
