The top 2 buttons don’t work all the time
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This recliner chair remote arrived safely from London and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable and was missing its vinyl facia.
When opened there was liquid found in the remote (see image). Also the buttons were sluggish. The PCB was cleared of all contaminants, all buttons replaced and then a replacement straight cable fitted (we cannot get the curly kind).
Replacement vinyl fronts are not available officially as spares but we did have some sticky backed material that could be fitted (we don't normally carry out cosmetic repairs)
