HSL riser recliner TH27-2039-009 Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Curly cable has damaged outer - everything works OK though, although would be grateful if you can inspect/clean the internal switch contacts as some appear less responsive than others. I understand that you may need to replace the cable with a straight lead rather than a curly one.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This recliner remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have an extremely damaged cable and worn button contacts.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind) and then replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons.
