Customer's Fault Description
The cable requires replacing.
I will be honest. I have had a go my self by cutting back The bad cable and soldering the wires back. The wires are very delicate and I feel they need securing correctly to the connector block rather than soldered
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Chair controller arrived safely from Northamptonshire and on inspection the cable was detached and badly damaged.
A replacement cable was fitted. The PCB mounting pins were also broken so the PCB was hot glued into place for a secure fitting.
